Rosebud Battlefield:
Add to your full experience and visit the site of the June 17,1876 battle between the Sioux and the Cheyenne Indians and General George Crook's cavalry and infantry.
This set the stage for the Indian victory eight days later.
St. Labre Indian School & Museum:
Add two hours onto your battlefield tour to experience this unique Tepee - style church , Mission school, and the Cheyenne Indian Museum and Gift shop with it large collection of Native American artifacts and art.
Indian Trails Tour: Day trip with lunch - April to October.
We will travel back in time of 4,500 years ago by visiting rock art and plains archaeology site, the Indian caves.
The trail will lead us to Crow Chief Plenty Coups historic home that includes spiritual sites and Indian artifacts. Then trail crosses the 1877 flight of Chief Joseph to Canada with a visit to the Canyon Creek battle area.
